A player can exchange the current balance of Coins for Bonuses, Free Spins and exclusive merchandise, on which the following conditions are applied:

Bonuses

After exchanging Coins for a bonus, a player needs to activate the bonus from the Profile » Bonus section and play them within 7 days since claiming the bonus.
The claimed bonus amount will carry 25X wagering requirements.
The maximum amount which can be transferred from bonus balance to cash balance will be equal to 5x the initial bonus amount. For example: real balance from a 10 EUR bonus will be 50 EUR (currency conversion applies).
The bonus is only valid in the Casino section.

After exchanging Coins for Free Spins, a player needs to activate the Free Spins from the Profile » Bonus section and play them within 7 days since claiming the bonus.
The winnings from the Free Spins will be credited as a bonus which will need to be wagered 25x times.
The maximum amount which can be released from the bonus into the cash balance will be 500 EUR (currency conversion applies). Any amount exceeding that will be voided.

Players can exchange Coins for Exclusive Merchandise.
After making a selection, our delivery team will reach out to the player to handle the shipment procedure.
It is the player's responsibility to ensure their personal details are accurate for seamless operation.
In special cases when goods become unavailable, the player will have the option to regain the Coins value and/or any other possible solution raised by the delivery team.

A player can accumulate Coins for the Shop by:

Each 50 EUR (currency conversion applies) wagered on any casino games will grant 1 Coin.
5% from each deposit will be credited as Coins. The 5% is calculated based on the equivalent amount in euros.
Participating and finishing in top positions in our in-house tournaments (when applicable).
